Dr. Xixi Li is an assistant professor from the Department of Management Science and Engineering at School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University. Prior joining Tsinghua University, she worked as a post-doctoral research fellow in the Center for Process Innovation at the Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University. She received her Ph.D. in Management Information Systems (MIS) and B.A. (Hons) in Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Her research program focuses on addressing employees’ underutilization of complex information systems (e.g., business intelligence, customer relationship management, and enterprise resource planning) to promote employees’ effective use of these systems, and leveraging health information technologies (HIT) to counter the health divide. Her investigations are informed by behavioral theoretical perspectives (e.g., motivation, leadership, and knowledge management), include observations of phenomena in real-world field settings, and involve the application of advanced statistical and econometric methods. Her work has been published or is forthcoming at Information Systems Research, Behavior and IT, and the Proceedings of International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS), Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meetings, and Workshop on Health IT and Economics (WHITE).
