Associate professor, coordinator of Ph.D. program in accounting, the Department of Accounting, School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University. She received her Ph.D. in Accounting from University of Wisconsin-Madison, B.S. in Economics from Peking University.

Her research interest includes managerial incentives, corporate disclosure, financial reporting, business strategy. She has been the principal investigator and participant in several research projects including National Natural Science Foundation and National Social Science Foundation of China. Her research papers have been published in The Accounting Review, Journal of Marketing, Journal of Accounting, Auditing & Finance, Accounting and Finance, Journal of Financial Research (in Chinese), China Accounting and Finance Review (in Chinese), China Accounting Review (in Chinese), Nankai Business Review (in Chinese), among others.

Her teaching includes Intermediate Accounting (undergrad, MPACC, MBA), Special Issues in Accounting Research (doctoral). She is the winner of Tsinghua Outstanding Class Advisor (2010), Tsinghua SEM Excellent Teaching Award (2008, 2013, 2014), Tsinghua SEMOutstanding Employee (2010, 2013), Tsinghua SEM Outstanding Class Advisor (2007, 2008, 2009, 2015), and Tsinghua SEM Executive Education Program Excellent Teaching Award (2013).

She worked in China Life Insurance Company, Beijing, China. She is the referee for Journal of Business Ethics,China Economic Review,Journal of Financial Research, China Accounting and Finance Review.
