Liu YANG is an associate professor (with tenure) at the Department of Management Science and Engineering in the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua Univeristy. Her research interests are mainly on information acquisition and learning issues, incentive issues, and behavior issues in decision-making problems under uncertainty, with applications in service systems and healthcare operations management. Dr. Yang's research has been published in top-tier journals such as Operations Research and Manufacturing and Service Operations Management.
