Jiayin Zhang is assistant professor at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management. She received her B.S. in computer software and M.A. in Sociology from Tsinghua University, and Ph.D. in Management from MIT Sloan School of Management, where she was trained as an economic sociologist. Her current projects include examining the contextual factors that shape collective misperception of others’ beliefs and assessing its influences on economic and organizational outcomes.
