曹静博士于1998年获北京大学地质学与经济学双学位,2001年获北京大学环境科学硕士,2007年获哈佛大学公共政策博士学位,主要讲授课程包括:本科与双学位的《环境与资源经济学》、研究生《能源与环境经济学》,《博士生专题》。2015年获得国家自然科学基金委优青项目。

主要研究领域为能源与环境经济学,主要研究中国碳定价、环境税改革,应对气候变化的经济手段分析,可计算的动态一般均衡模型(CGE)建模、以及跨学科环境微观实证研究等。目前承担与参与多项国家纵向课题与国际合作项目,其中包括国家自然科学基金优青项目、清华大学自主科研项目、国家自然科学基金重大项目等等。研究成果发表在Management Science, Journal of the Association of Environmental and Resource Economists, Environmental and Resource Economics, Energy Economics, the Energy Journal, Canadian Journal of Eocnomics, Applied Energy, China Economic Review, Review of Environmental Economics and Policy、Review of Income and Wealth, Environmental Science & Technology, Nature SustainabilitySSCI/SCI国际期刊,以及经济研究、金融研究、经济学动态等国内期刊。2011年获得麦肯锡中国经济学奖,2005年获得邹至庄经济学论文奖,2004年获得东亚经济年会经济学论文奖。
