易成,清华大学经济管理学院管理科学与工程系副教授,于2006年获得新加坡国立大学信息系统专业学士学位,2011年获得新加坡国立大学信息系统专业博士学位。主要研究领域为电子商务,人机交互,网络消费者行为,互联网营销等。其学术论文发表于信息系统领域国际顶尖学术期刊如《Information Systems Research》和《Journal of Management Information Systems》。讲授课程包括信息资源管理(英文),企业资源规划(ERP,英文),和人机交互(HCI,英文)
