◢ Introduction

Established in 1996, the National Research Center for Economic Research, Tsinghua University (NCER) builds a network and platform for outstanding researchers from China and other parts of the world to cooperate in academic and policy research and other related fields. The center shares the rich academic resources in Tsinghua University, encourages independent, objective, and rigorous academic research, and provides support and assistance to researchers in carrying out scientific research projects, obtaining scientific research funds, publishing research results, and publicizing academic results.
