Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management held an opening convocation to welcome its Class of 2030 undergraduate students and provide them with orientation on August 20, 2026.

The National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) officially announced the review results of the 2026 collectively applied projects recently. A total of 23 projects from Tsinghua SEM were approved with an approval rate exceeding 40%. 

Associate Professor Jiang Peng, Professor Liang Yong and Professor Yang Zhishu received Tsinghua University's 2025 Excellent Teaching Award.

This marks an important milestone in the journal's international development, demonstrating that its academic quality, publishing standards and global influence have received recognition from the international academic community.

Former Chinese premier Zhu Rongji died of illness at the age of 98 in Beijing at 11:06 a.m. Wednesday. Zhu had served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the 14th and 15th Central Committees of the Communist Party of China.

Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management held a commencement ceremony for the Class of 2026 at the Tsinghua University Comprehensive Gymnasium on June 28, 2026. The graduates and their families and friends attended the ceremony.  

Hu Jia (Jasmine), Citi chair professor in international business and professor of management, jointly appointed by Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management and Schwarzman College, has recently been elected to key leadership positions in two major international management organizations.
