Former Chinese premier Zhu Rongji died of illness at the age of 98 in Beijing at 11:06 a.m. Wednesday. Zhu had served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the 14th and 15th Central Committees of the Communist Party of China.

Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management held a commencement ceremony for the Class of 2026 at the Tsinghua University Comprehensive Gymnasium on June 28, 2026. The graduates and their families and friends attended the ceremony.

The Master of Finance (MoF) program at Tsinghua SEM has retained third place globally for the second consecutive year in the Financial Times' 2026 ranking of Masters in Finance Pre-Experience programs, which was published on June 15, 2026. It is Asia's No. 1 for the sixth straight year.

This year's event, co-sponsored by Tsinghua SEM and Tsinghua University's Contemporary Management, brought together nearly 200 faculty members and students from over 60 universities worldwide.
