My research areas include behavior and policy science, organization theory, and organization behavior. From interdisciplinary perspective and by integrating data science, statistics and qualitative methods., in recent years I conduct research that focuses on human-AI cooperation, business ethnics and the sustainable developments of high-tech companies. I published papers in multiple disciplines, in top journals such as American Journal of Sociology, Social Forces and Information Systems Research.
I devote myself to promoting long-lasting, iterating cooperation between academy and industries, which best combines scientific exploration and key industrial needs. At the same time, I devote myself to condensing and communicating scientific findings and thoughts to the public. I published managerial practice papers and articles on influential sources such as “Economic Observer”,“Tsinghua Management Review", “Sustainable Development Guide”,etc.. My articles was selected into the featured collection of “Tsinghua Management
Review”, and was excerpted by “Xinhua Wenzhai”, one of the most prestigious abstract journals in China.
