Teaching

Xiangyu delivers a diverse array of courses to students at various levels, including undergraduate, master, GMBA, and PhD programs. He teaches courses like Organizational Behavior, Compensation Management and Motivation, Frontier Research on Human Resource Management, Cultural Integration and Research Methods and Professional Development for Doctoral Students. Recognized for his teaching excellence, he has been awarded the 18th Good Teacher and Friend award at Tsinghua University, Teaching Excellence Award Frist Prize at the School of Economics and Management, and Outstanding Student Affairs Award Second Prize at the School of Economics and Management.



Research

Specializing in Organizational Behavior, Xiangyu’s research delves into interpersonal trust within organizations, employee proactive behaviors, and error management and patient safety in healthcare systems. His research has been published in top tier international academic journals, including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, and in top tier Chinese academic journals, including Acta Psychologica Sinica, Nankai Business Review, and Science Research Management. His papers have garnered international acclaim, receiving awards such as the Hogan Award for Personality and Work Performance from the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the Best Student Paper Award from the International Association for Chinese Management Research (IACMR).
