Bai Chong-En provided a comprehensive review of the long-standing and close partnership between the two institutions in academic research and talent cultivation. Acknowledging the fruitful results of their past collaborations, Bai expressed hope that the delegation’s study and exchange program in China would be both successful and rewarding.

Huang Zhangkai delivered a keynote lecture, focusing on core topics such as financial market development and interdisciplinary innovation, and sharing cutting-edge perspectives and his latest research findings. The LBS students and faculty posed questions and participated in deep discussions about the similarities and differences between Chinese and international finance, as well as the development paths for young talent. The session served as a high-quality platform for intellectual exchange, providing valuable academic insights that helped students from both schools broaden their international horizons and deepen their professional understanding.

According to the LBS faculty, "Global Perspective" is one of the school's core values, and the Global Experience Program brings this commitment to life. They expressed gratitude to the faculty and students at Tsinghua SEM for hosting the students in Beijing, and said such direct engagement will broaden their understanding of the Chinese business landscape and policy environment.

After the lecture, the LBS students joined representatives from Tsinghua SEM to explore the campus. The Tsinghua students led the delegation to iconic landmarks such as the Auditorium, the Old Gate and the Lotus Pond, and shared stories about Tsinghua's historical heritage, campus culture and educational philosophy.

The exchanges not only strengthened understanding and friendship, but also helped build a bridge for long-term communication. The visit also set a solid foundation for broader and deeper future cooperation between the two institutions in areas such as joint talent cultivation and collaborative academic research.
